日本文部科学省7月30日召开关于去年“H3火箭8号”发射失败的会议。会议通过的最终报告指出，火箭搭载卫星的基座因内部剥离出现缝隙，缝隙在火箭飞行中扩大并导致基座破损是发射失败的主要原因。（新华社）
