7月29日，宇顺电子（002289.SZ）公告称，2026年7月29日，全资子公司中恩云信息与兴智贰号签署《融资租赁合同》，以售后回租形式开展业务，融资额4.674亿元，租赁期限48个月，中恩云信息提供应收账款质押担保，公司承担连带保证责任；同日，公司与中国银行签署《保证合同》，为子公司工业智能1000万元借款合同提供连带责任保证。
