中国青年报客户端北京7月29日电（中青报·中青网记者 赵安琪）关于俄中双方正在讨论建立两国公民永久免签制度一事，中国外交部发言人毛宁今天在例行记者会上应询表示，中方愿意同俄方保持沟通。
对此，毛宁表示，中俄互免签证安排达成以来，为便利两国人员往来、促进人文交流发挥了积极作用。“我们愿意同俄方保持沟通。”
