7月29日，《每日经济新闻》记者获悉，Momenta（06880.HK）正式获得德国联邦机动车运输管理局（KBA）颁发许可，可在德国全国范围内的城市道路进行L4级自动驾驶测试。
公开信息显示，2025年，Momenta与出行平台Uber宣布达成战略合作，将Momenta Robotaxi接入Uber平台，同年双方宣布德国慕尼黑成为项目首发城市。此次获得许可牌照，是为Uber欧洲项目的进一步拓展进行筹备。此外，记者获悉，在Momenta IPO期间，Uber通过其全资子公司SMB Holding Corporation，再次追加对Momenta的股权投资。Uber合计持有Momenta约118.87万股股份。
