“我结婚要用”，男子到专卖店一次买5部苹果手机不问价，店长：不对劲

7月22日20时许，江苏省靖江市公安局反诈中心收到某商场手机专卖店店长朱女士求助：“有一个顾客不问价钱，要个人购买5部手机，看起来很急。”

A mobile phone store manager in East China's Jiangsu province helped police stop a romance scam after noticing a customer trying to buy five smartphones without bargaining, preventing losses of more than 100,000 yuan.

原来，不久前，一名外地男子匆匆进店，直接选购5台手机，不议价，当即出价5万元。

接受过反诈培训的朱女士心生警觉，第一时间向靖江市公安局反诈中心发了信息。

反诈中心立即联系购机男子小刘（化名）核实情况。面对询问，小刘称：“我要和女朋友结婚了，买手机做伴手礼。”当民警追问“你要‘结婚’，你家里人知道吗？”“你和女朋友见过面了吗？”时，小刘称家里人“不知道”，与女友“见、见过几次吧”

听着小刘前言不搭后语的回答，反诈中心立即指派靖江市公安局滨江新区派出所民警前往现场处置。与此同时，朱女士也在店内巧妙拖延，稳住小刘，等候民警到场。

At about 8 pm on July 22, Zhu, the manager of a mobile phone store in Jingjiang, alerted the city's anti-fraud center after a man offered 50,000 yuan on the spot for five smartphones. Having received anti-fraud training, Zhu grew suspicious and discreetly delayed the purchase until police arrived.

“我是为了结婚，你们不能不让我结婚啊！”反复劝阻无效后，民警将小刘带回所内进行进一步劝导。

起初，小刘闭口不谈，态度抵触。经过民警深入的反诈宣传和案例普及，小刘终于察觉到了不对劲，道出实情。

经了解，7月下旬，小刘经人推荐下载了“czRyHy”App。该App以“婚介”“红娘”为引流，对受害人实施刷单诈骗。当小刘无法提现时，客服指导他“寄送手机即可解冻本金提现”。

The buyer, surnamed Liu, claimed he was buying the phones as wedding gifts, but police found inconsistencies in his story. After further questioning, Liu admitted he had fallen into a task-based fraud scheme disguised as an online dating platform. Scammers told him that buying and mailing smartphones would "unfreeze" his trapped funds.

面对“寄送手机解冻本金”的骗术，小刘信以为真，先行购入5台手机，又赶赴靖江门店再购入5台，准备统一送至指定地点交付给骗子。

幸好店长朱女士高度警惕，加上警方快速介入劝阻，才得以保住价值10万余元的手机。目前，靖江市公安局滨江新区派出所正为朱女士申报见义勇为奖励。

Liu had already purchased five smartphones elsewhere before attempting to buy another five. Thanks to Zhu's vigilance and the swift response by police, all 10 phones, worth more than 100,000 yuan, were recovered.

警方提醒

• 凡是打着“交友刷单、约会返利”幌子的，千万别信；

• 任何要求转账汇款，线下送现金，购买高价数码产品、奢侈品、贵金属，再邮寄陌生地址“刷流水、解冻账户”的，全是骗局；

• 陌生小众App、非正规应用商店的软件，一律不要下载。

Police warned the public that any request to buy and mail valuable items to recover frozen funds is a scam, and urged people not to download apps from unknown or unofficial sources.
