观点网讯：据上海市房管局近日消息，自今年2月启动收购二手住房用于保障性租赁住房试点以来，徐汇、浦东和静安三区积极探索，截至7月25日，三个试点区共收购二手住房551套，其中16户居民已完成置换购置新房。
黄浦、长宁、虹口、普陀、杨浦五个区随后于5月扩围实施。
