2026年7月29日是第十六个“全球老虎日”。封面新闻记者从国家林草局获悉，近十年来，我国东北虎豹野生种群持续恢复。东北虎豹国家公园内，野生东北虎由2017年的27只增长至72只，野生东北豹由42只增长至115只，数量实现倍增，旗舰物种保护取得标志性成果。
