7月28日，中际旭创（300308）发布公告，董事长刘圣提议公司使用自有或自筹资金回购部分人民币普通股（A股），回购资金总额不低于40亿元且不超过80亿元，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起12个月内。
2026年一季度，中际旭创实现收入194.96亿元，归母净利润57.35亿元。
