丰树产业7月28日宣布，携手国寿资本共同设立集团首只工业物流人民币核心基金，基金资产规模约为15亿元。将纳入该基金的五项物流资产是位于南京、无锡和成都的物流仓库项目，总可租赁面积约38.2万平方米，平均出租率为95%。
