智通财经APP讯，国际家居零售(01373)公布截至 2026 年 4 月 30 日止年度全年业绩，收入达约23.12亿港元，同比减少8.88%;公司权益持有人应占利润为4518.5万港元，同比减少5.33%;每股盈利6.3港仙，建议派发末期股息每股 2.3 港仙。
公告称，期间由于集团积极优化店铺网络及淘汰低效店铺，致使店铺总数减少，整体收入因而有所收缩。
