“石泉发布”消息，7月27日，县委书记周富林主持召开全县经济稳增长工作座谈会。
上述消息显示，周富林已任石泉县委书记。
周富林出生于1974年，曾任紫阳县副县长，紫阳县委常委、县纪委书记，紫阳县委常委、县纪委书记、县监委主任，安康市纪委副书记、市监委副主任。
2022年12月，周富林任宁陕县委副书记，2023年1月任宁陕县代理县长，同年4月当选宁陕县县长至今。
