浦发银行发布公告称，于2019年10月公开发行面值总额为人民币500亿的A股可转换公司债券，存续期限6年，已于2025年10月27日到期。截至到期日，可转债累计转股股数为3,953,757,903股。上述可转债转股导致股本变动，浦发银行注册资本由人民币293.52亿元增至人民币333.06亿元。浦发银行就变更注册资本事项向国家金融监督管理总局提出了申请。近日，浦发银行收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于浦发银行变更注册资本的批复》（金复〔2026〕382号），国家金融监督管理总局同意公司注册资本变更为人民币333.06亿元。
