据现代快报，7月26日，济南李女士反映，家里厕所门更换了3个合页，啄木鸟家庭维修收费368元，因而质疑平台收费过高。 7月27日，啄木鸟官方客服回应称，平台事后提出补偿30元的优惠券，方案被当事人拒绝，售后专员目前还在跟进处理此事。
