预计28日白天到夜间，保定西部、石家庄西部、沧州东部、衡水东部、邢台、邯郸有分散性较强雷雨，部分地区1小时雨量可达30~50毫米，局地1小时雨量可达50毫米以上或6小时雨量可达70毫米以上，个别地点累计雨量可能超过100毫米。请注意防范山区及浅山区强降水可能引发的次生灾害及低洼地区积水风险。
