近日，中共中央、国务院转发《中央宣传部、司法部关于开展法治宣传教育的第九个五年规划（2026－2030 年）》（以下简称《规划》），并下发通知，要求各地区各部门结合实际抓好贯彻落实。作为指导今后五年全民普法工作的纲领性文件，《规划》立足全面依法治国战略布局，系统谋划新一轮法治宣传教育各项任务，持续夯实法治中国建设的社会根基。
