7月27日，科伦博泰生物（06990）发布公告，公司收到国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心（CDE）的临床试验通知书，同意其新型双载荷ADC药物SKB565的新药临床试验（IND）申请，用于治疗晚期实体瘤。
这是公司首个进入临床阶段的“双载荷”抗体偶联药物，SKB565的获批标志着公司在“ADC+IO”一体化开发策略上迈出关键一步。
