7月27日，五粮液（000858.SZ）公告，根据宜宾市政府相关文件精神，公司第七届董事会2026年第9次会议审议通过，同意解聘岳松副总经理职务，解聘后其不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。截至公告日，岳松持有公司股份9819股，将按规定管理。本次解聘不影响公司正常经营。
