Aedas新作 | 哈密玖玺希尔顿酒店，雪峰之下的天山之门

“哈密是新疆的东大门，天山雪峰是其永恒的背景。我们希望通过建筑，回应这片土地最真实的地理格局——既是通道，也是边界；既是起点，也是终点。”

‘Hami is the eastern gateway of Xinjiang, with the Tianshan Mountains as its constant backdrop. Through architecture, we aim to reflect the real geographic essence of this land, signifying a passage and a boundary, a beginning and an end.’ Aedas Global Design Principal Kevin Wang says.

天山雪峰横贯而过的哈密，如同一道永恒的界碑，扼守在丝路要道。 这里是草原与沙漠的夹缝，也是自然与人文碰撞的前沿。项目位于城市核心地段，东侧紧邻纵贯城市的天山南路。地块形状不规则，东西方向狭窄，却能远眺人民公园与天山雪峰。设计的起点，是将城市的气质转化为空间的特质——让建筑成为城市通往天山的视觉门户。

Hami, located between the Barkol Grassland and the Kumtag Desert, is defined by the Tianshan Mountains, which stretch across the regionand guard this significant point along the Silk Road. It is a space where grasslands and deserts meet, and nature encounters culture. Located in the city centre, the projectoffers stunning views of People’s Park and the Tianshan Mountains. The design centres on transforming the city’s unique character into spatial qualities, establishing the building as the city’s visual gateway.

01 山脊 / 天际

与山共舞：对望 天山 的天际线

当你站在哈密的任何一条主干道上抬头望去，天山雪峰始终横亘在北侧的天际线上。而在这座建筑出现之后，城市的天际线多了一道新的轮廓。

The Tianshan Mountains dominate the northern skyline from any major road in Hami. With the completion of the Hami Hilton Hotel, a new contour complements the city’s horizon.

两栋塔楼分置南北，一栋酒店，一栋办公。一座空中连廊将它们在天空中紧紧相连。这道连廊不仅是功能性的过道，更是一个真正的公共空间——一处面向城市开放的最佳观景制高点。站在连廊上，天山雪峰尽收眼底；连廊本身，也成为哈密市中心区的全新的封面地标。

Two towers are placed on the north and south sides: one houses office spaces, and the other serves as a hotel. A sky bridge connects the two towers and serves not just as a functional corridor but as a fully accessible public viewing platform. From this high vantage point, the snow-capped mountains can be taken in fully, while the sky bridge itself transforms into a new urban landmark.

更重要的，是这条连廊与天山山脊之间的对话。两座塔楼结合连廊，构成了起伏的天际轮廓线——这是对延绵的天山山脉自然形态的致敬。晨光中，建筑的顶部线条与雪峰轮廓呼应；夜晚时，塔冠天际线点亮，仿佛山脊在夜空中的延续。

The design creates a dialogue between the sky bridge and the ridges of the Tianshan Mountains. The towers and the bridge together form an undulating skyline as a tribute to the natural shape of the mountain range. In the morning, the architectural peaks align with the snow-capped mountains, and at night, the illuminated crowns give the skyline a striking appearance.

建筑与自然，在此不是并置，而是相望。

Here, the architecture and nature interact rather than coexist separately.

02 帷幕 / 城市

幕布拉开：城市舞台的开启

从城市的天际线，来到街道的尺度。

沿天山南路，建筑的裙房立面如同一道徐徐拉开的帷幕。这道“帷幕”不是封闭的墙，而是一道邀请——它主动面向城市，将酒店、办公与商业的入口一一呈现在路人面前。帷幕的褶皱与层叠，赋予建筑一种静态的戏剧张力：路人可以看见帷幕后的空间层次，仿佛穿过这道幕布，即可进入一处精彩的舞台。

The building podium along Tianshan South Road resembles a partially drawn curtain. Instead of a solid wall, this ‘curtain’opens toward the city and reveals the entrances to the hotel, offices, and retail spaces. The folds and layers of the façade provide a sense of quiet drama, inviting pedestrians into its layered spaces.

酒店公区、商办沿街展示面， 在统一的帷幕语言下被整合为一场连续的，朝向城市展开的戏剧。 但真正的演出，还在后面。

The hotel communal space and commercial displays along the street are all unified under the same curtain-like architectural language. Together, they form a continuous and open interface with the city.

03 星穹 / 峡谷

穿过帷幕：穹顶之下的抵达

The Grand Arrival

穿过帷幕，空间开始收拢。宾客从开放的街道进入一个半围合的前奏，脚步不由自主地放慢。然后——穹顶出现了。

Moving through the curtain, the space narrows and transitions from the open street into a semi-enclosed prelude, slowing visitors’ steps. Beyond this threshold lies a large dome.

巨型穹顶空间 / A cavernous dome structure

落客区并非传统酒店的雨棚或门廊，而是一个巨大的穹顶空间。它的灵感来自哈密另一处自然奇景——大海道。那里，风蚀岩壁被时间雕凿成壮观的雅丹地貌峡谷，巨石悬垂，谷壁陡立。设计将这种地貌记忆转译为建筑的尺度和材料语言：穹顶的曲面不是光滑的，而是层层叠错、向内退进的，如同峡谷的岩壁向你围合而来。

The drop-off area features a cavernous dome structure inspired by the Yardan landforms of Hami’s Great Gobi Desert. Natural erosion over time shaped these dramatic rock formations into canyons with steep walls and overhanging stones. The dome’s design reflects these geological features with layered and recessed shapes that surround visitors.

当宾客步入其中，世界忽然被压低、收拢，再被穹顶豁然打开。光线从岩缝中倾泻而下，在墙面上留下斑驳的影子。这一刻，你不只是抵达一座酒店，亦是抵达一处峡谷中的秘境。

Stepping into this space feels like leaving behind the modern city and entering a hidden canyon. Sunlight enters through narrow gaps in the dome, creating shifting shadows on the walls below.

这个穹顶空间，也延续了新疆干旱地区的环境应对传统。如同阿勒屯古街中的半室外“阿以旺”，它可以遮阳、挡雪、并在风沙中提供庇护。这处在入口中轴的公共会客厅，让每一位抵达的旅人都感受到独属于哈密的待客之道。

04 流苏 / 大地

从雪峰到戈壁的垂落

From Mountains to Desert

塔楼的立面细节塑造出自上而下的垂落感。顶部，建筑与连廊勾勒出天山山脊般的起伏轮廓。从这条“山脊线”开始，竖向线条有力而清晰，如同山峰上的褶皱；向下，线条逐渐收细，越接近地面，线条越显精致轻盈，仿佛雪水融化后千万条细流沿着山体流淌，完成从山体到流苏的转换。

The tower façades feature a cascading design. At the top, the towers and sky bridge form an undulating outline that reflects the ridges of the Tianshan Mountains. Starting from this ‘ridge,’strong and clear vertical lines mimic the creases in steep mountain slopes. As the lines descend, they thin and lighten near the ground, resembling streams of melted snow flowing down the mountains.

立面自上而下的垂落感 / A sense of downward flow

材料的选择同样呼应着这片土地。裙房材质的色泽——淡米色、赭黄和浅褐，与戈壁、雅丹与峡谷的真实色域一脉相承。穹顶采用的UHPC表面肌理有意呈现出风蚀岩壁的粗粝质感，石材则赋予建筑雄浑与厚重的气质。

The material choices reflect the local landscape. The podium adoptsbeige, ochre, and light brown that match the colours of Hami’s desert, Yardan landforms, and canyon walls. The UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)of the dome echoes the roughness of eroded rock, while the stone lends a solid and grounded character to the building.

这种自上而下的渐变细节与材料叙事，结合了哈密垂直的地理逻辑。从高处的雪峰，到低处的峡谷岩层与戈壁大地——建筑以自身的立面节奏，回应了这片土地从高到低的自然秩序。它不是对地貌的模仿，而是一种结构性的同频。

This progression of textures and materials,from the snowy peaks to the rocky ground,mirrors Hami’s vertical geographic narrative, creating a rhythm between the architecture and its natural surroundings.

05 轴线 / 枢纽

十字形架构下的动线整合

Cruciform Circulation

项目总平面由一个清晰的十字形轴线组织。南北向，双塔与空中连廊沿天山南路纵向展开，与城市主展面直接呼应；东西向，两座塔楼之间的空间被完全打开，恰好嵌入穹顶入口——它将城市界面的动线引入综合体内部，形成一条贯通的开放通廊。

The project’s layout is organised around a clear cross-shaped axis. Along the north-south axis, the twin towers and sky bridge align with the main city façade, while the east-west axis opens up the space between the towers to accommodate the dome entrance. This central spine integrates pedestrian and vehicular flows, seamlessly connecting the exterior and the interior.

互不干扰的功能动线 / Ground traffic organization

南北两座塔楼功能各自独立：办公在北，酒店在南，动线互不干扰。它们在底部由穹顶入口汇拢，在顶部则由天际连廊连接——竖向功能既独立，又统一，高度灵活。

The office tower on the north and the hotel tower on the south maintain distinct functions and circulation. They connect at the base via the dome entrance and at the top through the sky bridge, achieving functional independence while providing vertical integration.

大跨度结构承载穹顶及上方宴会厅 / Large span space

南侧设置酒店大堂入口，北侧设置商办入口。东侧面向城市，承载宾客日常抵达；西侧面向住宅花园，容纳团体、VIP客人的抵达动线。这种枢纽型的十字形架构，在集约的场地内包容了不同客群需求，确保了酒店到达的动线分流，与综合体的高效运转。

On the south side is the hotel lobby entrance, while the north side accommodates the office and commercial entrances. The east side facing urban frontage handles guest arrivals, while the west side, oriented toward residential gardens, accommodates groupand VIP arrivals, meeting the needs of diverse users in a compact site.

06 天山之门

建筑与城市的互望

Architecture & City

从丝路要道上的界碑，到新疆的东大门，哈密始终站在通道与边界的交汇处。这座“天山之门”以天际线回应天山，以帷幕打开城市，以穹顶致敬山岩峡谷，以造型细节和材料叙事讲述地貌的层次。

As the gateway to Xinjiang, Hami has always symbolised both a passage and a border. The hotel reflects this identity through an architectural dialogue: its sky bridge connects with the ridges of the Tianshan Mountains, its ‘curtain’façade invites interaction with the city, and its dome honours the local geological heritage.

旅人穿越沙漠与草原，从进入一扇门开始，认识这座城市。当天山之门豁然敞开，千年哈密将以更自信、开放的姿态，望向更远的丝路。

For travellers crossing deserts and grasslands, this hotel offers more than just a place to stay. It marks the city as a gateway to the world. It welcomes visitors to explore Hami and serves as an iconic symbol of the city’s confidence and openness as it looks toward the future along the Silk Road.
