炎炎盛夏已至，你想好去哪过夏天了吗？15个宝藏的避暑胜地，适合6—8月去避暑旅居。

1、贵州-六盘水

中国凉都，夏季平均气温19.7℃，平均海拔1400米至1900米。恰如其分乌蒙山区，在夏季形成了一道天然的屏障，阻挡了携带着滚滚热浪的季风。乌蒙大草原10万亩广袤的草场，铺展出一幅壮美的游牧风情画卷。

2、青海-西宁

青藏高原的东门户，被誉为中国的“夏都”，夏季平均气温17.1℃上下。空气质量优良，蚊虫较少，夜晚需穿外套。海拔约2240米，高原气候凉爽。

作为西北大环线的起点，周边有青海湖、塔尔寺等景点，随时可以去看看夏天的高原风光。

3、云南-曲靖

近三年来的5月至9月，曲靖的夏季均温19.7℃。每年夏天都有很多川渝的邻居，过来旅居避暑。

14、湖北-利川-苏马荡

在重庆、宜昌、恩施一众火炉城市的包围下，利川县的苏马荡，就像一片凉爽的绿洲。这个森林覆盖率极高的山顶小镇，夏季的平均气温仅为22℃，即使在酷暑难耐的三伏天，这里的人们仍需要盖上被子才能安稳入睡。

15、江西-庐山

庐山自古以来就是中国的避暑胜地。庐山各处山峰海拔均在1000米以上，山上树林密布，山下江湖环绕，每年盛夏，山上夏季平均气温只有22.6℃左右，早晚温度常在15—20℃之间。
