吕梁市群众艺术馆暨文化广场项目是吕梁新城建设整体规划项目之一。项目为地上4层地下1层一栋建筑，建筑面积15000平方米。该馆的修建将进一步完善新城公共文化布局，补齐文化设施短板，丰富群众文化生活，助推产城融合与城市“双品质”建设。记者 侯利军 摄
