预计今年第12号台风“红霞”将于25日夜间至26日早晨在香港到广东惠来一带沿海登陆（台风级或强台风级），过程维持时间长、累计雨量大、致灾风险高，中央气象台7月25日6时继续发布台风橙色预警、强对流天气蓝色预警，发布暴雨橙色预警。经综合研判和应急会商，中国气象局启动重大气象灾害（台风、暴雨、强对流）Ⅱ级应急响应。
