人民财讯7月24日电，7月24日，TCL科技(000100)公告，公司收购广州华星半导体45%股权事项获深交所审核通过。根据交易方案，本次收购完成后TCL科技将直接及间接持有广州华星半导体100%股权。广州华星半导体即TCL华星t9产线运营主体。2026年1—6月，广州华星半导体营业收入为79.26亿元，同比增长7.40%；净利润为11.54亿元，同比增长203.99%。
