扬科集团公告称，注意到2026年股东周年大会适用的代表委任表格英文本存在无心文书错误，其中第8项普通决议案应更正为“To extend the general mandate granted to the Directors to allot, issue and deal with additional shares in the share capital of the Company by an amount not exceeding the amount of the shares repurchased by the Company”。除上述更正外，通函、股东周年大会通告及代表委任表格所述其他资料不变，现有格式代表委任表格继续有效。
