中金公司公告称，公司决定将“21中金G6”后2年的票面利率下调209个基点，即2026年8月16日至2028年8月15日票面利率为1.30%。回售登记期为2026年7月23日至7月29日，回售价格100元。投资者可选择将持有的债券全部或部分回售给发行人，逾期未办理回售登记手续即视为放弃回售。回售资金兑付日为2026年8月17日。
