7月24日，根据中国证券监督管理委员会山东监管局发布的行政处罚决定书，方某军因操纵市场行为被罚没1.75亿元。
经查明，2024年3月至2025年3月，方某军控制使用多个证券账户，通过连续交易、封涨停等方式操纵多只股票的交易价格和交易量。其中，方某军单次违法所得超过100万元的操纵市场行为有6次，违法所得合计8159万元，单次无违法所得的操纵市场行为有12次。
