7月24日，贝恩资本（Bain Capital）宣布，已达成协议收购英国第一大维生素公司薇塔贝尔Vitabiotics，包括其英国业务及更广泛的VB集团（涵盖印度Meyer Organics以及包括埃及VB Egypt在内的非洲业务）。英国将继续作为薇塔贝尔品牌、创新和品类领导地位的核心市场。公司日常运营暂时不会调整，将加大在数字化能力、电子商务、国际分销、供应链韧性以及新产品开发等领域的投入。
