格隆汇7月24日｜美国贸易代表办公室23日发布公告，宣布依据《1974年贸易法》第301条，以所谓“强迫劳动”为名对60个经济体加征10%至12.5%的关税，以替代即将到期的全球进口关税。新关税将于美国东部时间7月24日0时01分生效。这是迄今为止美国为重建特朗普总统的关税壁垒而采取的最大举措，此前该壁垒已被最高法院推翻。
