中新控股公告称，公司谨订于2026年8月7日上午11时举行股东大会，审议特别决议案，拟将公司名称由“China New Holdings Limited中新控股有限公司”更改为“RJVAN Holdings Limited荣记万通控股有限公司”，并授权董事作出相关行动及签立文件。为确定股东出席股东大会并投票资格，公司股东名册8月4日至8月7日暂停过户，过户文件须于8月3日下午4时30分前送交指定处。若大会当天挂8号风球或以上、“黑色”暴雨警告生效，会议将延期。
