7月23日，IBM今日宣布，已签署最终协议，将收购旗舰级研发机构HRL Laboratories, LLC（简称“HRL”）。
HRL是一家由波音公司和通用汽车共同持有的私营公司。交易完成后，波音和通用汽车将继续与IBM在量子应用和先进技术开发方面保持合作。
