7月23日，精测电子（300567.SZ）发布投资者关系活动记录表。关于先进封装领域的布局，公司于2024年3月通过投资湖北星辰技术有限公司深度布局半导体先进封装领域。公司现有前道量检测设备已全部导入先进封装产线，晶圆外观检测设备已完成小批量出货，目前正积极开发面向先进制程的3D量测。
