萬順瑞強集團公告称，间接全资附属公司Target Precast Industries Sdn. Bhd.拟2400万令吉收购Kien Heng Hong Ginseng Sdn. Bhd.持有的位于马来西亚的一块永久业权土地。代价将由内部资源及银行借款组合拨付，约40%由内部资源拨付，约60%由银行借款拨付。收购事项须待多项先决条件达成，包括获股东特别大会批准等。公司将于2026年8月12日召开股东特别大会审议该事项。
