7月23日，湖南省纪委监委发布消息：湖南湘江新区党工委原委员、管委会原副主任郭力夫接受纪律审查和监察调查。
资料显示，郭力夫，男，汉族，湖南汉寿人，1964年01月出生， 西北工业大学金属材料及热处理专业毕业，本科学历，工学学士，工程师，曾任湖南湘江新区（长沙高新区）管委会副主任。
