据辽宁日报22日消息，辽宁省委决定：郭云峰同志任中共辽阳市委书记。郭云峰，1971年2月生，辽宁海城人。
2022年1月任大连市副市长、党组成员，后任大连市委常委、副市长。2023年任辽阳市委副书记、市长，至此番履新。
