台海网7月23日讯（记者 吴强） 厦门新三板企业福慧达日前发布公告，截至7月20日公司已连续35个交易日收盘价低于每股面值，距离触发降层条件（连续60个交易日）仅差25个交易日，首次出现可能触发降层的情形。若触发降层，公司将被调出创新层，且根据相关规定，12个月内不得再次进入创新层。
