近日，有盐城市民吐槽：工商银行频繁推送理财、贷款、信用卡等营销短信，频次过高，不分时段发送，干扰用户日常生活。
频繁的营销轰炸既影响正常休息，也涉嫌过度营销、滥用用户信息。市民呼吁工行盐城分行统一关闭非必要营销短信通道！同时希望12321、银保监、属地监管部门介入核查，规范银行短信发送频次，杜绝短信扰民问题。
