每经AI快讯，开山股份7月22日在互动平台表示，公司不掌握网传的200MW、3亿美元地热发电设备订单信息。但公司子公司OME与合作伙伴Power Planet的协议规定，在Star Peak地热区块开发不少于200兆瓦的EGS资源，且电站将全部采用开山提供的发电设备。该协议公司已正式公告。
