7月21日，香港高等法院作出裁决，驳回宗馥莉及JIAN HAO VENTURES LIMITED提出的上诉许可申请，维持原审法官于2025年8月作出的资产保全及披露命令，禁止宗馥莉从JIAN HAO VENTURES LIMITED的汇丰银行账户（约18亿美元）提款或转账任何资产。法庭同时下令被告宗馥莉方支付原告方的讼费，简易评估为250000港元。
