万源通7月21日公告，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购资金总额不少于1000万元，不超过1500万元，回购价格不超过38元/股，回购股份将用于实施员工持股计划或者股权激励。本次回购股份的资金来源为公司自有资金及金融机构提供的股票回购专项贷款，其中专项贷款资金不超过回购资金的90%。
