7月21日，康惠股份（603139）发布公告，公司全资子公司北京康惠智创科技有限公司（乙方）与客户D公司（甲方）签署了《算力服务合同》。该合同预计总金额区间为4.15亿元至6.79亿元，合作期限为五年，其中前三年为初始合作期，后两年为续约期。
2026年一季度，康惠股份实现收入9336万元，归母净利润2088万元。
