北京商报讯（记者 刘宇阳 实习记者 王思奕）7月21日，财通证券发布公告表示，原财务总监周瀛因工作调整已经辞职离任。为确保财通证券财务工作的正常开展，根据有关规定，公司于7月21日召开董事会会议，审议通过了《关于审议由总经理代为履行财务总监职责的议案》，同意在新财务总监到任前，由公司总经理应朝晖代为履行财务总监职责，时间不超过6个月。
