7月21日，科伦药业（002422）发布公告，公司召开董事会会议，同意聘任史瑞文担任常务副总经理。
史瑞文，1966年出生，曾任美国Mannkind Corporation制剂和药物递送科学部研发科学家、Bausch+Lomb Inc.药物递送系统和制剂开发部高级科学家、ALZA Corporation（强生的附属公司）处方前及早期制剂开发部高级科学家，艾尔建公司制剂和药物递送部高级科学家。
2026年一季度，科伦药业实现收入42.59亿元，归母净利润4.54亿元。
