7月21日，阳光电源（300274）发布公告，董事长曹仁贤提议公司使用自有或自筹资金回购部分人民币普通股（A股）股票，回购资金总额不低于5亿元且不超过10亿元，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起12个月内，主要用于股权激励或员工持股计划。
2026年一季度，阳光电源实现收入155.61亿元，归母净利润22.91亿元。
