7月21日，外交部发言人林剑主持例行记者会。有记者就美国国务院发布的报告中涉古巴内容提问。
林剑表示，中国同古巴的关系光明正大，不容造谣抹黑。奉劝美方不要一而再、再而三地向他人“泼脏水”，贼喊捉贼。中方将继续坚定支持古巴维护国家主权、反对外来干涉。
