近日，成都市政府办公厅印发了《成都市自建房全生命周期管理办法》，办法明确，新建、改（扩）建或重建自建房，必须坚持“先审批、后建设”的原则，依法办理用地、规划、建设等各项手续，城镇居民不得到农村购买宅基地和住房。该办法将于2026年8月10日起正式施行。（成都发布）
