7月20日，智云股份（300097）发布公告，近日冯彬因工作调整原因辞去总经理职务，但仍将继续担任董事长。同时，吴斐因工作调整需要，辞去公司副总经理、董事会秘书职务，之后继续在公司及子公司担任其他职务。
同日董事会上，公司聘任吴斐为总经理，张泳诗被聘任为董事会秘书，任期自正式生效之日起至第六届董事会届满。
2026年一季度，智云股份实现收入1427万元，归母净利润-1680万元。
