格隆汇7月20日丨权识国际(00381.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，认购协议项下的所有先决条件均已达成，而完成已于2026年7月20日落实。完成后，1.473亿股认购股份已根据认购协议的条款按认购价每股认购股份0.270港元配发及发行予认购人。完成后，债务金额已由公司全数清偿。
