7月20日，金龙鱼（300999.SZ）公告称，公司控股股东丰益香港基于对公司未来发展前景的信心，自愿将所持有的公司首发前限售股份48.79亿股(占总股本89.99%)的锁定期延长12个月，即从2026年10月16日延长至2027年10月16日。丰益香港承诺在锁定期内不转让或委托管理该部分股份，也不由公司回购。
