中泰证券7月20日公告，公司董事长王洪提议公司通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分A股股份，回购资金总额为1亿元至2亿元，回购股份将用于减少公司注册资本。回购价格上限不高于董事会审议通过回购方案决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%，回购期限为自股东会审议通过方案之日起12个月内。王洪在提议前六个月内未买卖公司股份，回购期间暂无增减持计划。
