北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）7月19日晚间，上交所官网显示，江苏鲁汶仪器股份有限公司（以下简称"鲁汶仪器"）科创板IPO进入问询阶段，公司拟募资25亿元。
据悉，鲁汶仪器致力于为集成电路制造产业提供先进的装备和工艺解决方案，自设立以来专注于半导体前道设备的研发、生产和销售。
报告期内，鲁汶仪器尚未盈利，其中，2025年实现归属净利润约为-2.12亿元。
