市民分享：近日，从法拍市场看到位于合肥政务区南二环路909号的红星美凯龙（房东是安徽天徽置业）被整体拍卖。评估价14.3亿元，起拍价10亿元。
项目预计从8月15日开启拍卖，目前仅有691人围观，无人报名参与。不知道后期会不会对红星美凯龙产生影响。
